Balloo Hire is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Robert Dunlop Best Competitor Award at this year’s Briggs Equipment North West 200, one of the most iconic and thrilling events on the international road racing calendar. Thousands of fans will draw to Northern Ireland’s north coast for a week of high-octane racing and unforgettable action - running from Monday 5th to Saturday 10th May, with the key race days taking place on Thursday 8th and Saturday 10th May.

Held on the legendary Triangle Circuit linking Portstewart, Coleraine, and Portrush, the NW200 has become a cornerstone of motorcycle racing heritage, renowned for its speed, skill, and fearless competitors. The Robert Dunlop Best Competitor Award, proudly supported by Balloo Hire, will once again shine a spotlight on the rider who delivers standout performances throughout race week—demonstrating exceptional consistency, determination, and sportsmanship.

Last year’s award was claimed by Davey Todd, following a dominant display that included three victories across multiple classes. His Superstock and SuperSport wins solidified his status as one of the sport’s most exciting talents, making him one to watch closely again this year.
