At Balloo Hire we only accept credit or debit cards for payment. If this is your first time hiring from Balloo Hire, simply complete and submit an application form, available online here.
Please Note: If you wish to hire the items under your company name please bring the company’s letterhead to confirm name and address. A deposit is required with every hire, the amount will vary according to what items have been hired. Providing equipment is returned clean and undamaged, any remaining balance from your deposit will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card accordingly. All orders will be subject to VAT charges.
Our hire rates may be subject to change. Delivery/collection charges vary depending on your location & you will receive a quote when an order is placed. Deliveries are normally made from Monday morning until Saturday at noon.
Credit Account Customers
To open a credit account, simply complete and submit an application form, available online here. Subject to status. You can pay your account by cheque, debit/credit card or a company purchase card within agreed terms.
Balloo can offer a range of emptying and refilling options for your toilet blocks, effluent tanks & non-potable water tanks either on hire from us or your own equipment. We offer this service for construction sites & events.

I am interested in 18T Vacuum Tanker
Product Details
Balloo has a fleet of welfare tankers ranging from 3.5ton to 18ton all of which can empty your chemical toilet, welfare units & effluent tanks when required. The service can be scheduled on a regular basis or at booked 48hours notice.
Our 18ton tankers can deliver up to 1000Litres of clean, non-potable (not for drinking) water at any one time and collect up to 9000Litres of effluent tank waste at once. Alternatively our 26ton lorries can deliver up to 8000Litres of non-potable water in one delivery.
Balloo operate in accordance with the Northern Ireland Environment Agency & hold a valid Waste Licence Certificate.
We strive to ensure that our tanker fleet meets the latest health, safety and environment regulations, with Balloo being a full member of the PSE (Portable Sanitation Europe) Ltd.

Delivery & Collection
With multiple locations across the island of Ireland, we have a centre of excellence near you with every piece of equipment and every tool you could ever need to hire, whatever the job.
Across our delivery fleet we have a mix of vehicles ranging from open backed transit pickups for tool hire and towable machines, 26 & 32T beaver tail lorries, equipped with hiab cranes, capable of delivering up to 13T excavators & 9T dumpers, with a fleet of low loader units, capable of mixed loads or single drops of up 21T excavators.
Each piece of machinery equipment is delivered/ collected by our trained Balloo Hire experts, who will load and unload plant safely from our lorries & vans onto your site.
Once we have the equipment delivered to you, a familiarisation handover will take place to make sure your operatives are aware of the machines basic functions and any safety issues. This service is also standard practice in each of our depots where trained staff will demonstrate any hired machine in our segregated demonstration areas at point of collection. It’s our priority to make sure you get the job at hand done efficiently, and with the upmost safety of your operatives in mind.
Please note all delivery times are from the time the order is placed with one of our depots.
